Agromek 2022: 36m Harso slurry applicator

Strictly speaking, only the outer two sections of the unit on display at the Danish show are new. The rest of the main frame comes from the current 36m hose-only machine.The 36m trailing shoe prototype was tested earlier this year behind a 31m³ tanker. The main frame differs to the existing fixed one in that it comprises 12 x 3.0m sections to better follow ground contours.Suitable for fitting with either hoses or trailing shoes, the 36m boom with the latter weighs around 6.0t and costs approx EUR200,000. Spacing between the outlets is 33cm and the main frame folds to a transport width of 3.3m.The 2-3 36m versions planned for next year will stay in Denmark, and a 24m prototype is currently being built. There could even be an 18m width in the future.
